Scholarships for Current International Students at Uppsala University Academic Year 2020/2021
2020-05-28
In these extreme times of worldwide uncertainty, Uppsala University announces a new financial aid scholarship programme aimed at current international students who are obliged to pay the tuition fee.
The scholarships are for fee-paying students who have been full-time students at Uppsala University during the academic year 2019/2020, and who, due to the extraordinary times, need financial aid to continue their studies as planned during the coming academic year 2020/2021.
Last day to apply is 1 June 2020. Late applications will not be considered.
What’s included?
The scholarship will partially cover the tuition fee. When applying, you must explain your situation. You also must choose the percentage of the tuition fee required for the academic year 2020/2021 that you need the financial aid for to be able to continue your programme as planned. You can apply for the financial aid for a maximum of 50 percent of your tuition fee.
Who is eligible?
You are welcome to apply for this scholarship if you have been a full-time student at Uppsala University during the academic year 2019/2020 and are in need of financial aid to continue your studies as planned during the coming academic year 2020/2021.
How do I apply?
You need to fill in an online application form by 1 June 2020 at the latest. No document is required in the application.
