Welcome to the Nobel Lectures in Uppsala

Uppsala University has a long-standing tradition of inviting new Nobel laureates to visit Uppsala in conjunction with the Nobel Prize ceremonies. On 13 December a number of the 2019 laureates will give lectures in Uppsala on the research that led to their prize. All are welcome to attend. The lectures will also be live streamed online.
Every year in December, the new Nobel laureates are invited to Uppsala University. The programme for their visit includes a reception with the Vice-Chancellor and lunch at Uppsala Castle, but also the much appreciated and well-attended public lectures given by the visiting laureates themselves.
